Thank you for your interest in enrolling your child at St Joseph's Primary School Nambour.
Click here to commence your child's online application for enrolment.  Enter and review the required details, complete and submit the form.  Once the application has been completed and submitted an email is generated reminding you to forward the documentation and pay the application fee as per below.  If you do not receive this email please check your Junk folder.

If applying for enrolment for more than one student, when the form is completed an option will be available to submit another enrolment for each additional student.

A $30 application fee per student applies, payable after submitting the application/s.

You will be required to provide a copy of the following documentation to our enrolments officer at PNAMEnrolments@bne.catholic.edu.au:
  • Birth Certificate (original must be brought to the enrolment interview)
  • Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)
  • NAPLAN testing results (if applicable)
  • Most recent school report (if applicable)
  • Any medical or learning reports (if app​licable)
After lodging an Enrolment Application, if a position is available parents will be invited to attend an enrolment interview.  It is important that your child or children who are enrolling attend this interview.

Enrolment Statement

Children applying for Prep must ​be born within the specific dates as set down by the Government.
  • Eligible children must turn 5 by 30 June in the year they start Prep or by the end of July with support documentation. 
  • Interviews for Prep are conducted by the Principal and Assistant Principal in Term 1.
  • Offers for positions are sent out by June.  Confirmation of enrolment form will be sent with a request for payment of $100 to confirm enrolment.  This payment is non-refundable.
  • An orientation is conducted for Prep students during Term 3 and 4.
  • Other year level enrolments happen across the year as well as an intake at the beginning of each new school year.  These positions are offered if positions become available through students leaving.
  • A similar process occurs with interviews and offers of places if available.
