​Application for Enrolment Online
Thank you for your interest in enrolling your child at St Joseph's Primary School Nambour.
Click here to commence your child's online application for enrolment.  Enter and review the required details, complete and submit the form.  Once the application has been completed and submitted an email is generated automatically reminding you to forward the documentation as per below.  If you do not receive this email please check your Junk email and mark us an an approved sender so that further correspondence gets to you.
If applying for enrolment for more than 1 student, when the form is completed an option will be available to submit another enrolment for each additional student.

A $30 application fee per application applies, payable when submitting an application/s for enrolment.  Please contact the school to make payment over the phone or in person.
To lodge an application for your child, please remember to send:
  • Fully completed Application for Enrolment form (see above)
  • Photocopy of Birth Certificate
  • Photocopy of Baptism Certificate  (if the child is baptised)
  • Photocopy of Immunisation Certificate
  • Photocopy of most recent school report.
  • $30 non-refundable enrolment application fee
After lodging an Enrolment Application, if a position is available parents will be invited to attend an enrolment interview.  It is important that your child or children who are enrolling attend this interview.
Enrolment Statement
Children applying for Prep must be born within the specific dates as set down by the Government.
  • Eligible children must turn 5 by 30 June in the year they start Prep or at the end of July with support documentation.
  • Interviews for Prep are conducted by the Principal in May
  • Offers for positions are sent out by June.  Confirmation of enrolment form will be sent with a request for payment of $100 to confirm enrolment.  This payment is non-refundable.
  • An orientation is conducted for the Prep pupils during term 4.
  • Other Year level enrolments happen across the year as well as an intake at the beginning of each new school year.  These positions are offered if positions become available through pupils leaving.
  • A similar process occurs with interviews and offers of places if available.
  • All new enrolments are supplied with booklists and uniform requirements.
Policies and Procedures Enrolment
Should it be necessary to limit the intake of Prep students to St Joseph's, then preference will be given to
(a) Applicant is a sibling of a current student of St Joseph's
(b) Applicant is a baptised Catholic and is a member of St Joseph's faith community.
(c) Applicant is a baptised Catholic and is a member of another Catholic community.
(d) Parents of the applicant are Catholic and are willing to commit to participation in the life of St Joseph's community.
(e) Other interested applicants who wish to belong and contribute to our community.
