Performances occur at school/parish functions, local community events and competing in several competitions.

Band Scholarship

In Yr. 4 St Joseph students learnt a band/orchestral instrument as part of the Instrumental Immersion Program.  During their music classroom time, they participated in either the string ensemble or the Stonker Honker Band.  If your child has shown ability on their instrument then they can apply for a band scholarship for Yr. 5 & 6.  This is to encourage involvement in the Stand-Up Band or Strung Out String Ensembles.  Application forms are available on the parent portal.  These forms need to be received by the middle of Term 4 by Yr. 4 students.  Successful applicants are announced before the end of the school year.
